Borel Goldenberg
Over
twenty-five years of experience in the IT sector, both in the U.S. and
overseas. Extensive background in Contact Centers Design and
Implementation (over 40 Avaya systems ranging in size from 200 to over
2000 agents), Vendor Management and Sourcing, Project Management,
Maintenance and Outsourcing, Business Continuations Process, Voice/Data
Networks Convergence and Telephony Infrastructure. For the last
five years, led the development of high-end applications for Contact
Centers and in particular for CTI/CRM IVR and Dialers.
